When tourists visit the village (and plenty of them do) we’ve noticed they just can’t bring themselves to pass by our pretty wee shop, The Strathpeffer Sweet Company, and once inside they’re spoilt for choice, filling bags, boxes or hampers with the colourful, enticing merchandise on display.

We’re delighted to take custom orders from anyone, far and wide, for personalised sweet parcels – as long as we can wrap your special order for delivery through the post.
We make up bouquets of sweet packets and chocolate bars, special sweet hampers and jars adorned with ribbons, sweetie-filled numbers for birthdays, wee wedding favour boxes – in fact the only limit to our made-to-order confectionery gifts is your imagination.

If you’ve never tasted traditional Scottish tablet you’ve got a treat in store, because our home-made Strathpeffer Sweet Company Tablet is the most delightful and delicious tablet you will sample anywhere here in the north.
Of course, we’re biased, because our Strathpeffer tablet with its crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth texture and sweetness is made here in-house by Lynne Reid. She’s also a dab hand at pancakes, but tablet is definitely her sweetest signature bake. We know its good because people keep coming back for more.
